DICE LA / Battlefield V

Battlefield returns to its roots in WWII, featuring lesser-known battles, brand new modes and extensive customization while retaining the large 64-player battles and vehicular combat the series is known for.

I aided in feature design and technical UI design for Firestorm and the canceled 5v5 mode.

Design ideas I had developed for Battlefield 1 carried over as potential features for Battlefield V and the 5v5 mode, such as specific Specializations and Afflictions.

UI implementation

I handled the design, scripting and implementation of multiple UI elements. Some are featured in the game menus, and others are part of Firestorm’s HUD.

AI Scripting

I designed and scripted the behaviors of AI soldiers in the tutorial for the canceled 5v5 mode. I laid out the paths and firing patterns of both ally and enemy characters.
